Now, as we look at this together, it becomes very clear that this Awareness Experience can be very useful in our daily situations, and certainly if there is a crisis situation. So, the question now would be “How do you do this?”
Take a moment, right now, for an experience ...
Right now, in this moment, be aware of all that is occurring around you ...
hearing ... seeing ... smelling ... tasting ... touching ... and thinking ... Now ask yourself, “Isn’t there an awareness that is aware of all of this?”... Be this prior Awareness that is aware, right now. And, what is your experience?
If you have taken the time to do this simple process, you will be experiencing a place of peace and calm within you. How did this happen? Well, it is what you are. It is the calm, cool quality of real peace in each of us. What is usually happening is attention is going to all of what we are aware of, we are forgetting to include the Awareness that we are, that is behind it all, giving life to it all.
