Book Dealers:
For most books
you will receive a standard wholesale discount on books for resale within
the retail trade. Shipping charges are extra. There is a $5.00 handing
fee plus actual postage. Wholesale orders in the US and Canada are shipped
by United Parcel Service (UPS). All wholesale orders must be paid in
full in advance until you have established a open line of credit with
us.
Individual
Mail Orders:
To order
books, please use the PayPal shopping cart buttons provided under each
publication to add the item to your PayPal shopping cart. If you
have a PayPal account, you can check out with that login information.
Otherwise, PayPal will allow you to use any major credit card to check
out without an account.
International
Orders:
Pricing is
actual postage plus a $4.00 handling fee. We use US Air Mail unless
you request another carrier. Email
